Please arrive to MTWC 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to sign and complete paperwork.  If MTWC is coming to your site, we will arrive 15 minutes early to have you complete paperwork. Each session will be 55 minutes in length and will consist of examination, evaluation and treatment.  Sessions can be longer on a prorated basis, or if traveling from out of state, longer sessions can be completed in a shorter time frame to reduce travel.  This is a hands on technique, and though passive and gentle, it is very powerful.  It is recommended to drink 8-10 glasses of water within 2 hours post session to assist in decreasing likelihood of soreness. Soreness 4-6 hours post treatment and for 2-3 days is possible.  Please wear loose fitting clothing, no jeans, no skirts or dresses as some techniques could be revealing and MTWC strives to preserve modesty at all times.   Do not plan on doing any strenuous exercise  for 2-3 days after treatment.  Allow your body time to heal.
